- 1g baking soda
- pinch salt
- 13g Matcha powder
- 115g Unsalted butter
- 125 Rice flour (or all purpose flour)
- 80g coconut sugar
- 5ml of madagascar vanilla

Egg replacement option 1
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Egg replacement option 2
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (don't heat)

If you don't have any egg allergies, use these same ingredients, but use 1 egg instead of the egg replacements.

Instructions
- melt butter
- mix sugar, butter, egg (or replacement), and vanilla in one bowl
- sift flour
- sift matcha
- mix flour, matcha, baking soda, and salt
- mix all ingredients with a spoon
- chill for 1-2 hours
- heat oven to 160 degrees
- cut into 2.54cm pieces
- roll into ball
- cook for 8-10 minutes
