- 70ml water
- 120g tapioca starch
- 60g honey or brown sugar
- 2 saucepans
Instructions

Boba Pearls
- cook in saucepan water, sugar or honey until it bubbles
- add tapioca starch
- stir until it becomes dough
- remove from saucepan
- roll out dough into long log
- cut into small pieces based on the size pearl you want
- roll small pieces into balls (if using honey, move quick b/c the honey hardens quickly)
- cool pearls for 20-30mns in water until see through
