Rice Flour From Scratch

Instructions

  1. Clean rice 7 times with cold water
  2. Strain
  3. Soak in cold water for 2 hours
  4. Strain
  5. Lay rice on kitchen towel for 1-2 hours or until dry
  6. Grind rice in coffee grinder

p.s. if you grind rice when its not 100% dry, the flour will lump, sift through the lumps with a sifter or fork and lay out for another 30mins or so
